PTFE Film:

PTFE Film, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene film, is made of suspension polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding, sintering, cooling into rough, turning and rolling. The turning film is an unidirectional film, which is formed by pressing and delaying. The nondirectional film is 1.1-1.8 times of the semi directional film. PTFE film is used for capacitor medium, conductor insulation, electrical instrument insulation and dense pad. Because of its high crystallinity, tight molecular orientation and small void ratio, PTFE film has been greatly improved. F46 thin film has the advantages of obvious voltage resistance and breakdown voltage. Used for capacitor medium, conductor insulation, electrical instrument insulation, sealing gasket. Polytetrafluoroethylene  turning film is a kind of directional film formed by hot roll rolling of calender. It has high crystallinity, tight molecular orientation and small void ratio. Therefore, the PTFE film has been greatly improved, especially the voltage strength.
